• We currently ship within the United Kingdom
• Free shipping is offered on all orders, with no minimum order value
• Estimated total delivery time is 6–12 business days from the order date, including processing and transit time
• A tracking number is provided once your order has shipped
• At checkout, you may opt in to paid Shipping Protection against damage, loss, or theft in transit. Shipping Protection is non-refundable once purchased

7. Returns & refunds

• Change-of-mind returns are returned at the customer's expense
