1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Whether you're in a city or a smaller town, AMANSIA delivers across the whole of the UK with no minimum order value.
2. How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been placed, you can expect the following:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next available business day. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by shipping delays.
3. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order limit and no hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
All payments are processed securely and must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
5. Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. All transactions on amansia.com are protected with SSL encryption. We do not store your full payment card details — your financial information is always secure and private.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery in real time via our order tracking page on amansia.com.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@amansia.com.
7. Will I be charged customs or import duties?
All taxes or fees applicable to your order will be clearly communicated before or during checkout. There are no unexpected charges upon delivery.
8. What is your return policy?
At AMANSIA, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here's an overview of our return policy:
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, plus a further 14 days to return the item — AMANSIA voluntarily extends this to 30 days from the date you receive your order
- A brief reason for your return is required
- Items must be unused, not worn outdoors, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items tried on indoors on a clean surface are eligible for a full refund
- Items worn outdoors may result in partial refunds or the return being declined

9. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

10. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method, and you'll receive a confirmation email once this is complete.
Please note that additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or card provider.
11. What do I do if I receive the wrong or defective item?
We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please contact us immediately at support@amansia.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement at our expense, including covering all return shipping costs. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued instead. We aim to resolve all such cases within 24 hours of being contacted.
12. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — we offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed. To cancel within this period, please contact us immediately at support@amansia.com with your order number.
Please note that an order can no longer be cancelled once it has shipped. In this case, you can return the item under our standard 30-day return policy.

14. Are sold-out items restocked?
