Our promise
At AMANSIA, your satisfaction comes first. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to put it right without fuss. Below is everything you need to know about our returns and refunds process.
Return window
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, plus a further 14 days to send the item back. AMANSIA voluntarily extends this to 30 days from the date you receive your order, to request a return. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original condition, with no signs of wear, odour, or damage caused after delivery
- Returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
Starting a return
- Email support@amansia.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- Wait for confirmation — our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the item carefully in its original packaging, including all contents
- Send the item back following the instructions in your return confirmation email
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Your return rights
To process your return request, we ask for a brief reason for the return. This helps us improve our products and service. Returns without a stated reason may not be processed.
The item must not have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its fit and appearance.

If a returned item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, AMANSIA reserves the right to deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value, or to refuse the return entirely.

Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- Approved returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account
- We do not charge restocking fees
Partial refunds
Where a returned item shows signs of use beyond reasonable indoor inspection, AMANSIA reserves the right to issue a partial refund reflecting the item's reduced value. You will be informed of this before the refund is processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered where we have shipped the wrong size of your original order. If this is the case, please contact us at support@amansia.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange a replacement at our expense. If the correct size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or style changes. In these cases, you may return your item under our standard return policy and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items with clear signs of outdoor wear or use beyond indoor try-on
- Items returned after the 30-day return window has expired
- Items returned without prior authorisation from our support team
- Items in a condition that prevents resale due to customer-caused damage
- Lost parcels are not eligible for a financial refund. If your order is lost in transit, we will provide a free replacement. See our Shipping Policy for details
